Do you provide linens ?

Yes. The charge for the linens (sheets, towels, and bath mats) is included in the total financial offer of Rock and Rest. Short let properties should provide their own pillows, duvets, and mattresses

Can I use the property for short-term rental and also as my own home?

Yes. Rock and Rest's policy states that the owner can use the property for personal use or for third parties, without financial compensation, for up to 30 days per year.

What happens if a guest causes damage?

All Properties listed on platforms such as Booking and Airbnb also require having liability insurance. In case of minor damages, the maintenance team of Rock and Rest takes care of the repairs. For larger damages, our company collaborates with specialized teams to address any kind of issue. 

In any case, the owner is informed in detail about the relevant costs. If the damage is due to malicious acts by the guest, a specific process is followed with the platform through which the booking was made in order to request appropriate compensation.

How do guests receive the keys?

We ensure that the Rock and Rest team offers a personalized check-in experience to its guests. In case the guest opts for remote check-in, this can be done either through the use of a lockbox (key storage box with a code) or via electronic means (digital check-in).

How are guests checked?

The Rock and Rest team always strives to evaluate guests who make a reservation.

How does the property owner collect their income?

The owner can choose either:

a) To collect the reservation amount directly into their account and at the end of each month to pay the relevant Commission for short-term rental management plus any additional charges that have been agreed upon.

b) For Rock and Rest to collect the reservation amounts and at the end of the month, after the relevant reconciliation has taken place, to transfer the final amount to the owner.

What types of properties can I entrust to Rock and Rest Hospitality for management?

Properties available for placement on the market For short-term rental management include apartments, lofts, villas, etc.All properties should be furnished, equipped, functional, and properly maintained. Please note that our team only manages entire apartments, buildings, and/or single-family homes, not individual rooms.
